YassClean LLC - Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to our cleaning teams and other clients, YassClean LLC has the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Service:
- If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled service time, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. This fee helps cover the loss of the appointment slot that is difficult to fill on short notice and compensates our team for their reserved time.
- On-Site Cancellations / Lockouts (Unable to Access Property):
- If our cleaning team arrives at your location for the scheduled service and you cancel at that time, OR if our team is unable to access the property for reasons within your control (e.g., locked out, no key provided, incorrect entry information, pet not secured as agreed), you will be charged the full price of the scheduled cleaning service. This is to cover our team's travel time, fuel expenses, and the full wages for the time they had dedicated to your appointment.
